Chronology of roles, responsibility and sector range.

The timeline below reflects more than twenty years of operational experience across healthcare, information security, technical support, customer operations, legal administration and related service environments.

It demonstrates steady progression in responsibility, governance awareness and cross-functional coordination, shaped by work in complex and often fast-moving settings.

One of the career achievements I am most proud of was supporting the delivery of critical hardware over many months during the early stages of the Covid 19 pandemic. This work formed part of a wider effort to enable remote working for thousands of people across the USA, Brazil, Argentina, Australia, Germany, and the UK and Ireland, whilst also navigating significant operational change during the Brexit period. Although I found this work deeply rewarding, it also marked a natural point to step back and reflect. That period of reset has allowed me to focus more clearly on the work I value most and where I can contribute with the greatest purpose both professionally and personally.

  2. 2012-2016

    Pramerica Systems - Information Security Associate (Operations Representative), providing Tier I and II access management, governance support, role-based controls and recertification activity.

  3. 2016-2019

    Optum - Senior Technical Support Specialist, managing hardware product portfolios, ServiceNow and Ariba exceptions, and collaborating with Engineering, Security and ISO teams.

  4. 2019-2022

    Optum - Business Analyst / Associate Technical Support Analyst, leading procurement, logistics and lifecycle work while supporting Brexit and pandemic remote-working programmes.

  5. 2022-2024

    Sales and customer operations roles at South West Truck & Van and Motability Operations, covering lease administration, compliance documentation, reporting and customer resolution work.

  6. 2024-Present

    North Bristol NHS Trust - Band 4 Administrator and Operations Support across Cardiac Testing, IPC and Tissue Viability, including high-volume workflow support, audit preparation and governance reporting.
