  1. 1999–2012 — Foundations

    Early work across the UK and Ireland in telecommunications, hospitality supervision, legal claims administration, public-service related administration and technical operations.

  2. 2012–2016 — Information Security and Access Governance

    Pramerica Systems: access management, recertification, role-based controls, policy-aware support, issue handling and audit-ready documentation.

  3. 2016–2022 — Technical Operations and Delivery

    Optum: hardware lifecycle, ServiceNow and Ariba workflow, procurement, logistics, supplier liaison, ISO/security collaboration, Brexit transition support and pandemic remote-working delivery.

  4. 2022–2024 — Commercial and Customer Operations

    South West Truck & Van and Motability Operations: compliance records, purchase orders, lease administration, customer-sensitive case handling, reporting and service continuity.

  5. 2024–present — Regulated Healthcare Administration

    North Bristol NHS Trust: healthcare workflow support, confidential records, reporting, governance documentation and operational liaison across busy services.
